4 ripe bananas 1 egg 1 cup coconut flour 1/4 flax flour 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup lemon juice (add more if needed) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 tsp monk fruit powder Poppy seeds (I was out)
Refrigerate 2+ hrs. Make into balls. Flatten. Bake 350 for 25-30 min. Cool. Layer with ice cream and freeze.
