Your favorite seasonings or make:
1 Tb Sea salt (if using fine salt, you might want to use less)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic granulated
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Dash cayenne
400 degrees for 40 min in a wire rack. Then turn oven off and let sit 20-30 min.
