Paleo version 1 1/2 cups cassava flour (I subbed out 1/2 c almond) 3/4 cup maple or coconut sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup grass-fed butter / coconut oil, melted 3 eggs, at room temperature 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt *Add 1 tsp stevia powder for sweeter cookies.
I used dash Pizzelle maker. Dust with inulin.
