Plum Tart - regular and paleo version

5 star :: one of my best recipes for summer dessert


Paleo Version:


1/4 cup Grass fed butter 1/4 cup monk fruit blend


4 black plums sliced thin

1 1/4 c paleo flour (almond,flax,cashew,arrowroot)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

3 T coconut oil

1 egg

1/2 tsp monk fruit powder

1/2 tsp pure stevia

3/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla


350 for 40 minutes. Let cool 15 min. Refriderate 30 min, flip and serve. Crust is amazing! Like a donut.
