4 star :: paleo and easy dessert if you plan ahead
Great creamy flavor, crust was excellent. Easily adapted for different pies like peanut butter or chocolate or coconut. I used 1/2 cup flax for part of almond flour and extra lemon juice for coconut milk. Added lemon oil to crust and filling. Rich!
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup flax flour
3 T coconut oil
1 Tb raw honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 date
1 1/2 c raw soaked cashews
2 Tb coconut oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T canned coconut milk
2 T raw honey
vanilla
lemon zest
use food processor. chill 4 or more hours.
