Just made this up on the fly the other day. Trying to incorporate as many healing foods as possible in a salad without it being a standard salad.
2 cups of thinly sliced organic red cabbage 2 cups chopped Organic broccoli 5 cloves smashed garlic 3 stalks organic celery fine chopped 1/4 cup chopped organic cilantro 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon dehydrated lime zest Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced avocado on top prior to serving. Optional but 100% recommend.
Let it sit at least an hour before eating, stays fresh up to 3 days later! NOTE: both kids said it was delicious. My 11-year-old went in for second helpings saying “can’t argue, it’s pretty good “
